China Ups Dumping Duties On Japanese Neoprene

Law360, New York (August 26, 2010, 6:11 PM EDT) -- China has decided to raise anti-dumping duties on chloroprene rubber imports from Japan, but left the rates for imports from the U.S. and the European Union unchanged.

Following a sunset review, China's Ministry of Commerce set the anti-dumping duties for the three Japanese companies that responded to its questionnaires between about 10 percent and 20 percent. The margin for all other Japanese companies will be 43.9 percent as of Saturday, the ministry said Wednesday.
