SEC Closes Probe Of PepsiCo Payments To Kmart

Law360 (February 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has ended its probe of PepsiCo’s payments to Kmart without bringing charges against the company, PepsiCo said in a financial filing Tuesday.

The SEC told PepsiCo it had terminated the probe on Dec. 6, the soft drink giant said in its filing with the SEC.
