8th Circ. Orders New Trial In FedEx FMLA Case

Law360, New York (August 27, 2010, 1:13 PM EDT) -- Citing improper jury instructions, a federal appeals court has ordered a new trial in a suit in which jurors found in favor of a FedEx Corp. employee who claimed the company violated her Family and Medical Leave Act rights by denying her leave and terminating her employment shortly after the death of her husband.
