8th Circ. Won't Revisit Sensient Flavors Trademark Loss

Law360, New York (August 27, 2010, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has denied Sensient Flavors LLC's request for an en banc review of a decision that found a reasonable jury would not confuse the company's name with rival SensoryEffects Flavor Co.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit on Thursday denied Sensient's petition for an en banc hearing, as well as a petition for a rehearing by a new three-judge panel.
