JBS Managers Threw Meat, Bones At Muslims: EEOC

Law360, New York (August 31, 2010, 5:35 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has accused meatpacking giant JBS USA LLC of allowing a work environment in which managers threw meat and bones at Somali Muslim workers and refused requests to move a meal break to accommodate religious needs during Ramadan.
