Mitsubishi Seeks To Stave Off Claims In LCD MDL

Law360, New York (September 2, 2010, 3:09 PM EDT) -- Mitsubishi Electric Corp. is trying to head off its risk of getting hit with claims by indirect purchasers in the sweeping antitrust litigation over flat-panel liquid crystal display screens, saying it should be allowed to intervene in the case so it can oppose plaintiffs' move to name the company in an amended complaint.
