Pipeline Co. Sues Ore. Over LNG Permitting Barriers

Law360, New York (September 3, 2010, 3:14 PM EDT) -- Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline LP has accused two Oregon agencies of stalling the construction of a 234-mile liquefied natural gas pipeline by enforcing state permit requirements that improperly intrude on federal law, putting the agencies in violation of the supremacy clause of the U.S. Constitution.
