In-House Counsel Predict Rise In Securities Spending

Law360, New York (September 3, 2010, 12:36 PM EDT) -- As businesses seek to settle lingering lawsuits related to the financial crisis and defend against new challenges brought by shareholders, investors and the government, corporate spending on securities litigation will rise 2.1 percent in 2011, according to a new survey of corporate counsel.
