Judge Restarts Wilmington Diocese Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (September 3, 2010, 4:57 PM EDT) -- With mediation efforts stalled, a judge has set normal proceedings back in motion in the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington Inc. bankruptcy case and extended the debtor’s deadline for removing sexual abuse cases against diocese priests from state courts to the district court.
