Law360, New York (September 7, 2010, 7:00 PM EDT) -- An examiner in Washington Mutual Inc.’s bankruptcy submitted his preliminary report Tuesday on a settlement crucial to the bank’s reorganization and won extra time to establish procedures for handling confidential information in his final report, delaying the bank’s timeline for reorganization yet again.
