Law360, New York (September 9, 2010, 1:50 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld an order releasing Scottsdale Insurance Co. from its duty to defend and indemnify chemical manufacturer Universal Crop Protection Alliance LLC in underlying litigation brought by a group of Arkansas farmers alleging UCPA's herbicides destroyed their crops.
