Law360, New York (September 10, 2010, 6:20 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has given no relief to the family of a man who died of mesothelioma after being exposed to asbestos as a railway worker, affirming the judgment of a lower court that found the family's claims against Viad Corp. and Railroad Friction Products Corp. were preempted by the Locomotive Inspection Act.
