'P&G Prestige Beaute' Mark Doesn't Infringe: EU Court

Law360, New York (September 13, 2010, 7:35 PM EDT) -- A European court has ruled that the Procter & Gamble Co.'s trademark on the name “P&G Prestige Beaute” line of health and beauty products is not likely to confuse consumers familiar with the name of Italian cosmetics company Prestige Cosmetics SpA.
