Invista, DuPont Settle Litigation Sparked By 2004 Deal

Law360, New York (September 14, 2010, 2:52 PM EDT) -- Polymer producer Invista and DuPont Co. have agreed to settle three lawsuits between the two firms sparked by Invista's separation from DuPont and $4.2 billion sale to subsidiaries of Koch Industries Inc. in 2004.

In a joint statement the firms noted Monday that they have signed a settlement agreement resolving lawsuits over polymer technology, existing supply agreements and adiponitrile technology used in the production of nylon 6,6.
