BellSouth, CWA Sued Over Worker Relocation

Law360, New York (February 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- BellSouth Telecommunications Inc. and a labor union violated the National Labor Relations Act by forcing two employees to relocate in violation of a collective bargaining agreement, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday.

The complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, names BellSouth and Communications Workers of America (CWA) Local 3104 as defendants.
