Group Health Takes Bite Out Of Medicare Qui Tam Suit

Law360, New York (September 14, 2010, 5:20 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed much of a False Claims Act case brought by an ophthalmologist and ex-Group Health Permanente employee who accused GHP and others of being part of a scheme to boost revenue from Medicare with unnecessary cataract surgeries.
