McKesson Unit Settles For $18.7M

Law360, New York (February 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A subsidiary of McKesson Corp. has agreed to pay $18.7 million to settle charges that its executives filed false and misleading statements to unjustly enrich the company.

In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, McKesson said Tuesday that the class action settlement resolved all claims by the shareholders of its subsidiary, D&K Healthcare Resources Inc.
