Arbitrator Ruling On Printing Press CBA Breach Stands

Law360, New York (September 15, 2010, 3:13 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has upheld a March 2009 arbitrator's decision requiring Graphic Packaging International Inc. to keep three people working their printing presses at all times and pay $850,000 to union members whose duties were changed.
