Grassley Urges Obama To Pick DOJ Tax Chief

Law360, New York (September 16, 2010, 6:48 PM EDT) -- Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, who did not support President Barack Obama's nominee for the top post at the U.S. Department of Justice's Tax Division, has issued a statement criticizing the administration for leaving the position vacant.
