Daimler Raided In UK Truck Price-Fixing Probe

Law360, New York (September 16, 2010, 4:58 PM EDT) -- The U.K.’s Office of Fair Trading has raided one of Daimler AG’s Mercedes Benz offices as part of a price-fixing investigation of leading European truck makers.

The Tongwell, U.K., office was raided Tuesday as part of the OFT's cartel probe, Daimler spokesman Florian Martens confirmed Thursday. He said Mercedes-Benz would cooperate fully with the investigation, which the German carmaker expects could take many months to complete.
