SMG Slammed Over Misconduct Claims In Co. Spat

Law360, New York (September 16, 2010, 3:48 PM EDT) -- A state judge has granted Day & Zimmerman Inc. summary judgment in a suit brought by SOC-SMG Inc. over a soured joint venture, leaving arbitrators to resolve a dispute over confidential information, attorney misconduct and $12 million in promissory payments.
