ConMed Targets Ex-Employee In Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (September 17, 2010, 1:58 PM EDT) -- Medical products manufacturer ConMed Corp. has launched a breach of contract lawsuit against a former sales associate who it alleges absconded to a rival with trade secrets in tow.

The suit, filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, took aim at Scott Andrews and his company, Champion Orthopaedics Inc.
