MGA Tries To Block Mattel Deposition In Bratz Case

Law360, New York (September 20, 2010, 1:13 PM EDT) -- MGA Entertainment Inc. has asked a federal judge to block Barbie maker Mattel Inc. from deposing a witness for the seventh time, saying the toy giant is just aiming to harass MGA in the long-running intellectual property and trade secrets dispute over Bratz dolls.
