Kirkland Files $24M Fee Application In Flying J Case

Law360, New York (September 20, 2010, 7:37 PM EDT) -- Kirkland & Ellis LLP is aiming to take home more than $24 million for its work in the bankruptcy of oil company Flying J Inc., and other professional firms have applied to get millions more.
