Diocese, Not Insurer, Must Fund Sex Abuse Settlement

Law360, New York (September 21, 2010, 1:22 PM EDT) -- A state appeals court has ruled that Cincinnati Insurance Co. has no duty to indemnify the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City for the $5 million it shelled out to settle a negligence suit brought by the family of a minor who claimed to have been sexually abused by a priest.
