Heller Ehrman Expands IP Group In D.C.

Law360, New York (February 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- In an effort to expand its work before the U.S. International Trade Commission, the intellectual property practice group at Heller Ehrman LLP has added two new lawyers as shareholders in its Washington, D.C. office.

The new lawyers, Maureen F. Browne and Johnny Cheng-Teh Chiu, both joined the firm from Washington, D.C.-based firms where they practiced intellectual property law. Browne was partner at Adduci, Mastriani & Schaumberg, while Chiu was partner at Powell Goldstein.

The pair has years of experience litigating IP disputes, including Section 337 proceedings...
