Another Ex-Delphi Exec Settles SEC Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 5:57 PM EDT) -- Former Delphi Corp. Treasurer John Blahnik has agreed to pay $100,000 to settle claims brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, further trimming a fraud-related civil suit against the auto parts maker and more than a dozen former executives.

According to a final judgment entered Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Blahnik will pay a $50,000 fine, $37,200 in disgorgement and $12,800 in interest. He admitted no wrongdoing as part of the agreement.
