Scottsdale Off Hook For Swimming Pool Defect Suits

Law360, New York (September 23, 2010, 5:21 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has determined that Scottsdale Insurance Co. does not have a duty to defend or indemnify R.I. Pools Inc. in lawsuits brought by 19 swimming pool owners over cracking in the concrete walls and floors of their pools.
