EPA Working On Final Pesticide Permit: Jackson

Law360, New York (September 23, 2010, 6:43 PM EDT) -- U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson told senators Thursday that her agency was working to finalize a new pesticide permit for the agricultural industry “as expeditiously as possible” amid concern from states that they wouldn't have enough time to implement the regulation before an April 2011 deadline.
