Group Sues DOL For Info On Wage Program

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 12:48 PM EDT) -- Conservative group Judicial Watch Inc. has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Labor, seeking to obtain records related to a federal program designed to help workers obtain fair wages regardless of immigration status.

Judicial Watch Inc. filed its Freedom of Information Act complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on Sept. 17.
