Petters Co-Conspirator Fights 11-Year Sentence

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 2:06 PM EDT) -- Larry Reynolds is challenging a nearly 11-year prison sentence for his role in helping conceal proceeds as part of former Polaroid Corp. investor Tom Petters' $3.7 billion Ponzi scheme.

Reynolds revealed the move in a noticed filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, saying he would appeal the 130-month sentence to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
