EEOC Loses Appeal In Theft Convict's Race Bias Suit

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 3:58 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has lost an appeal to revive a race bias suit against Con-Way Freight Inc., despite the company's having told the black job seeker it worried about having to deal with the NAACP if she were hired.
