Express Scripts Seeks New Vote Delay

Law360 (March 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Pharmacy benefit management firm Express Scripts Inc. has asked a Delaware court to once again postpone a shareholder vote on the contentious merger of rival Caremark Rx Inc. with drugstore operator CVS Corp.

The Feb. 28 request marks the third time that Express Scripts, which is locked in a battle with CVS to stop the merger, has asked the Delaware Court of Chancery to delay allowing shareholders to weigh in on the dispute.
