Restaurant Execs Sentenced For Pilfering

Law360, New York (March 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Three former executives of a restaurant chain have been sentenced to incarceration and fines, following guilty pleas for falsely certifying financial documents and taking company money.

Joseph Micatrotto, the former chief executive and chairman of Buca Inc., was sentenced February 26 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota to 13 months in prison and three years of supervised release. He was also fined $250,000 and has to repay the chain $65,000.
