Senate Grills Judicial Nominees On Sentencing Rules

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 3:21 PM EDT) -- Several of President Barack Obama's nominees for federal judgeships addressed stiff questioning over federal sentencing guidelines Wednesday during confirmation hearings on Capitol Hill, saying that even if not mandatory, the guidelines should be followed.
