Plaintiffs Regroup, Hit Tyson With Smaller FLSA Suit

Law360 (March 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Three women who had their claims dismissed without prejudice after a federal judge refused to allow a nationwide collective action against Tyson Foods Inc. to go forward have filed a lawsuit in their home state of Oklahoma accusing Tyson of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.
