Hells Angels Battle eBay Users Over Trademark

Law360, New York (March 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A logo of a human skull with horns and feathers has brought the Hells Angels into conflict with an unusual opponent for the motorcycle club: two eBay users.

The Hells Angels Motorcycle Corp. is suing Kansas residents Christian and Natasha Shultz for allegedly selling embroidered patches which are confusingly similar to the club’s death head mark.
