General Star Off Hook In Pa. Judge Kickback Scandal

Law360, New York (September 28, 2010, 5:40 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has determined that General Star Indemnity Co. Inc. does not have the duty to defend or indemnify a juvenile detention facility operator that was sued for allegedly paying two county judges in Pennsylvania to send teens to its care centers.
