Aerotek Sues Rival, Ex-Employee Over Defection

Law360, New York (September 30, 2010, 12:03 PM EDT) -- Staffing agency Aerotek Inc. has accused a former account executive of taking trade secrets with her to an industry rival in violation of noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements.

Aerotek lodged its complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin on Monday, hitting ex-employee Kalee Werth with claims of breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference with contractual relations and breach of duty of loyalty.
