Salazar To Decide Future Of Drilling Ban After Report

Law360, New York (September 28, 2010, 6:56 PM EDT) -- U.S. Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar will soon decide whether to lift the federal ban on deepwater oil drilling, but not before receiving a government report on what new safety protocols should be implemented in the wake of the BP PLC oil spill, according to court documents.
