SEC Case Against Integral Systems Execs Survives

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 6:20 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has kept alive most of a suit accusing former officers of Integral Systems Inc. of concealing the involvement of a convicted securities fraudster in top management.
