Resmed Settles Australian Price-Fixing Charges

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 3:30 PM EDT) -- A Resmed Inc. subsidiary has settled with Australian competition authorities over its alleged attempts to illegally bar sellers of its medical devices from discounting them too much.

New South Wales, Australia-based Resmed Asia Pacific Ltd. entered a “court enforceable undertaking” to settle a legal action launched by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, the ACCC said Wednesday.
