Health Care Staffing Firm MSN Exits Ch. 11

Law360 (September 29, 2010, 7:27 PM EDT) -- Medical Staffing Network Holdings Inc., the nation's largest provider of per diem nurse staffing as measured by revenue, has emerged from Chapter 11 after gaining lender support to finalize a GE Capital-led credit facility.

The company, which filed its voluntary petition nearly three months ago with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, said Wednesday it restructured its capital and debt and is now in a better position to meet the changing marketplace within the temporary and permanent health care staffing industry....
