EPA Gets Va. Conservation Group's Case Dismissed

Law360, New York (October 4, 2010, 6:12 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed a land conservation group's suit claiming that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency botched the permitting process for a wastewater treatment facility that has allegedly been discharging sewage into a Chesapeake Bay tributary.
