Hulk Hogan Buries Hatchet With Post Over Cereal Ad

Law360, New York (September 30, 2010, 4:28 PM EDT) -- Professional wrestler Hulk Hogan has settled a lawsuit against Post Foods LLC that alleged the cereal manufacturer used his likeness without permission in a commercial for Cocoa Pebbles.

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, filed a notice of dismissal in the case on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, citing a settlement.

An attorney for Hogan confirmed that the parties had reached a confidential settlement, but declined further comment. A representative of Post Foods could not immediately be reached...
