USTR To Up Focus On Worst Markets For IP Violations

Law360, New York (October 1, 2010, 4:02 PM EDT) -- The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative on Friday revealed plans to issue its list of physical and online markets considered notorious for intellectual property violations separately from its annual Special 301 report, in an effort to garner more attention for the list.

The USTR published a notice in the Federal Register seeking written submissions from the public on potential geographic or online markets outside the U.S. that could be considered notorious markets.
