IRS Reports On Exec Compensation At Non-Profits

Law360, New York (March 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The executives that head up non-profit operations are still struggling to comply with the Internal Revenue Service’s reporting requirements, leading to some abuse of the system, according to a new study released by the agency.

On Thursday, the IRS released its examination of charitable organizations’ executive compensation practices, entitled “Report on exempt organizations executive compensation compliance project.”
