Insurers Ordered To Pay Ash Grove Superfund Costs

Law360, New York (October 1, 2010, 4:42 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. and U.S. Fidelity & Guaranty Co. to cover Ash Grove Cement Co.'s cleanup and regulatory response costs for an Oregon Superfund site.
