Welch's Insurers Off Hook For False Ad Suits

Law360, New York (October 4, 2010, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has sided with three insurers that claimed they didn't have to pay defense costs or indemnify Welch Foods Inc. in actions against the company over the labeling and marketing of its white grape and Pomegranate juice.
