Chevron Seeks Data Used By Expert In Ecuador Suit

Law360, New York (October 5, 2010, 5:14 PM EDT) -- Ecuadorean plaintiffs suing Chevron Corp. in a multibillion-dollar lawsuit over decades of pollution in the Amazon rain forest have asked a U.S. federal court to stay a discovery order in a related case, asserting that the documents requested by the energy company are privileged.
